Research shows that curcumin is anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-depression, and helps fight and prevent auto-immune diseases.
In the spirit of Hippocrates’ statement, Let your food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food: Either eat a lot food with turmeric, or take your curcumin supplements!
